Generating the Customer Credit Report
The Customer Credit Report shows customer credits that were added or removed in the system. The report lists transaction numbers, order IDs, patient names, and employee names. You can also print a summary report that prints office total amounts only. What do you want to do?
Generate the report
- Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
- Click Accounting Reports.
- Click Customer Credit.
- Select the appropriate date criteria.
- Select By Date Range to enter a date range to print, or select dates from the calendar.
- Select By Month & Year and enter the month and year, or click the Calendar button to select the date.
- Select one or more Office(s) to include on the report.
- To print the credit summary report instead of the detail report, select Show Customer - Credit Summary.
- Click Generate Report.
The report opens in a new window. For detailed information on the data included on the report, go to Customer Credit Report.
Export the report
To export the report, perform one of the following steps:
- Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
- Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
