Generating the Appointment Status Report

The Appointment Status Report lists the status of each appointment scheduled for one or more doctors during a date range you specify. Use this report to see which patients still need to confirm their upcoming appointments, or print a list of canceled appointments.

  1. Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
  2. Click Appointments Reports.
  3. Click Appointment Status Report.
  4. Enter the From and To dates for the date range to print, or select from the calendar.
  5. Select the Resources, Service Type, and Status. You can select as many as needed.
  6. Select the Pre-Appointment only checkbox to narrow the report to include only pre-appointments. (Pre-appointments are appointments booked for the patient ahead of time, such as when you schedule the patient's next annual exam when they're in your office for an appointment.)
  7. Click Generate Report.

    The report opens in a new window.

    If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups
  8. To export the report, perform one of the following steps:
    • Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
    • Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
