Generating the Appointment Status Report
The Appointment Status Report lists the status of each appointment scheduled for one or more doctors during a date range you specify. Use this report to see which patients still need to confirm their upcoming appointments, or print a list of canceled appointments.
What do you want to do?
Generate the report
- Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
- Click Appointments Reports.
- Click Appointment Status Report.
- Enter the From and To dates for the date range to print, or select from the calendar.
- Select the Resources, Service Type, and Status. You can select as many as needed.
- Select the Pre-Appointment only checkbox to narrow the report to include only pre-appointments. (Pre-appointments are appointments booked for the patient ahead of time, such as when you schedule the patient's next annual exam when they're in your office for an appointment.)
- Click Generate Report.
The report opens in a new window.
If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups
Export the report
To export the report, perform one of the following steps:
- Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
- Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
