Generating the Discount Analysis Report

The Discount Analysis Report displays the details of discounts and coupons used in Eyefinity Practice Management, including discounts applied through pricing options in which the discounts are automatically applied, package discounts, and insurance discounts.

What do you want to do?

  1. Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
  2. Click Sales Reports.
  3. Click Discount Analysis Report.
  4. Enter the date range to print, or select dates from the calendar. The default range is from the first day of the current month to today's date.
  5. Select the Discount Reason to print.
  6. Select the Resource to print or select ALL to print all resources. If you're printing ALL, select the Page Break by Resource check box if you want information for each resource to begin on a new page.
  7. Select one or more Office(s) to include on the report.
  8. Click Generate Report.

    The report opens in a new window.

    If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups

To export the report, perform one of the following steps:

  • Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
  • Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
Field Definition
Retail The retail cost of the item
Discount The amount of the applied discount, including promotions if applicable
Percentage The discount percentage
