Generating the Patient Billing History Report
The Patient Billing History Report lists a selected patient’s line item transactions and includes the total amounts billed to insurance and to the patient.
What do you want to do?
Generate the report
- Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
- Click Patient Reports.
- Click Patient Billing History.
- Enter the patient’s Last Name, First Name, and/or Date of Birth.
- Click Search.
- In the list that appears, click the patient’s name.
- Enter the date range to print, or select dates from the calendar.
- Click Generate Report.
The report opens in a new window.
If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups
Export the report
To export the report, perform one of the following steps:
- Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
- Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
