Generating the Patient Remake Report

The Patient Remake Report lists all remake orders recorded during the selected date range that have the selected remake reason. You can sort the report by the name of the staff member who entered the remake, or by remake reason.

The Override column on the report indicates whether edits were made to items on the remake. The OSR column indicates whether the remake is an old system remake.

What do you want to do?

  1. Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
  2. Click Dispensary Reports.
  3. Click Patient Remake Report.
  4. Enter the date range to print, or select dates from the calendar.
  5. Select one or more Remake Reasons to print.
  6. Select whether to sort the report by Staff Name or Remake Reason.
  7. Click Generate Report.

    The report opens in a new window.

    If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups

To export the report, perform one of the following steps:

  • Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
  • Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
