Inactivating Patients
You cannot delete a patient profile after it is created. However, you can inactivate a profile so that it no longer appears in search results or elsewhere in the system.
- Search for and select the patient you want to inactivate.

- In the Demographics window, under Personal Information, deselect Active.
- If the Patient is deceased, select Deceased.
- Click Save.
