Inactivating Patients

You cannot delete a patient profile after it is created. However, you can inactivate a profile so that it no longer appears in search results or elsewhere in the system.

  1. Search for and select the patient you want to inactivate.

  2. In the Demographics window, under Personal Information, deselect Active.
  3. If the Patient is deceased, select Deceased.
  4. Click Save.
