Reviewing Failed Kaleyedoscope Integration Orders

This information applies only to practices that are enrolled in the KaleyedoscopeSM frame inventory management program and have the KaleyedoscopeSM integration enabled.

KaleyedoscopeSM is a frame inventory management program that is available to anyone with a Marchon® or Altair® account. The integration with Eyefinity Practice Management provides a single place to manage frame inventory, orders, and claims. If your practice participates in the KaleyedoscopeSM frame inventory management program, and you have the KaleyedoscopeSM integration enabled, your Eyefinity Practice Management system automatically accesses frame information from KaleyedoscopeSM when you create eyeglass orders. If, after you submit an order, the integration was not able to complete it, the Integration Status column in Material Orders will show Frame Order Failed. You will need to go to MyMarchon and manually order the frame.

To see a list of all failed frame orders:

  1. Click the Eyefinity logo in the upper-left corner of any screen to go to the Home screen.

  2. In the Alerts & Notifications panel, find the Frame Board Management alert.

  3. Click Review orders.

    The Failed Orders Review screen opens.

  4. Review the list. To see order details, click the Order Number.

  5. Go to MyMarchon and manually order the frames, as necessary.

  6. Once you have finished reviewing an order, click Dismiss to remove it from the list.
