Searching for Open Appointments

  1. Open the Appointment Calendar.

  2. Click Find Open.
  3. In the Find Open Appointments window, select the Office for which you want to find appointments.
  4. Select the Resource for whom you want to find appointments.
  5. Select the period of time to search in one of the following ways:
    • At the Appointment In field, select the number of weeks or months into the future you want to start the search.
    • Select the month you want to search at the Starting Month field.

      The system will locate the first 100 open appointments starting at the beginning of the selected month.

  6. Select the Days of the Week to search.
  7. Select the appointment Duration.
  8. Select the Period(s).
  9. Click Search.

    The open appointments matching your search criteria appear in the list below.

  10. Select an appointment from the list to open the Add Appointment window.
