Searching for Open Appointments
- Open the Appointment Calendar.

- Click Find Open.
- In the Find Open Appointments window, select the Office for which you want to find appointments.
- Select the Resource for whom you want to find appointments.
- Select the period of time to search in one of the following ways:
- At the Appointment In field, select the number of weeks or months into the future you want to start the search.
- Select the month you want to search at the Starting Month field.
The system will locate the first 100 open appointments starting at the beginning of the selected month.
- Select the Days of the Week to search.
- Select the appointment Duration.
- Select the Period(s).
- Click Search.
The open appointments matching your search criteria appear in the list below.
- Select an appointment from the list to open the Add Appointment window.
