Printing a VSP Well Vision Savings Statement

  1. On the top menu bar in Encompass, click Patients and select Search/Add patient.
  2. Enter the patient's information and click Search.
  3. Select the patient from the search results list.
  4. On the left side menu, click Material Orders.
  5. Click the Invoiced tab.
  6. Locate the order and select Well Vision Saving Report from the Print drop-down list.

    7. The Well Vision Savings Statement opens in a new window.

  7. If the statement does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups
  8. Click Print to print the statement.
