Scanning Barcodes

Datalogic scanners read barcode numbers and make locating products in OfficeMate easy and accurate. Before scanning barcode numbers, you must add your products to your OfficeMate Products database to maintain your inventory and create a comprehensive fee list. Scanners locate items that already exist in your OfficeMate Products database. If you are a FRAMES Data subscriber, use the FRAMES Data CD-ROM or On Demand electronic download to load frame collections.

Before using your scanner, read the Datalogic Reference Manual that came with your scanner.
