Logging into the Patient Portal

The patient portal secure messaging looks like many web-based email programs. After patients log in, they can review and send secure messages.

  1. Open the Google Chrome web browser and go to https://patientportal.eyefinity.com.
  2. Log in with the patient portal user name and password.
    • The initial patient portal user name and password were established by the patient during the activation process. For more information, go to Activating Patient Portal Accounts.
    • If patients forget their portal user name or password, they can click Forgot Username or Forgot Password to retrieve them. Note that the Patient Portal ID in the secure messaging portal is the same as the Patient # or Patient ID in OfficeMate. You can also send an email to the patients so that they can reset their portal password. For more information, go to Sending Patient Reset Password Emails.
