Sending Patient Reset Password Emails

Although patients can reset their own passwords directly on the patient portal login page, you can also send them an email from the provider portal to reset their passwords.

  1. Log into the provider portal as a practice administrator. For more information, go to Logging into the Provider Portal.
  2. Click Administration and select User Accounts.
  3. Select Patient from the Access Type drop-down menu.
  4. Search for and select a user.
  5. Click Send Reset Password Email.
