Resending Patient Welcome Emails

If, after you send a clinical health summary to a patient for the first time, the patient either does not receive or misplaces the welcome email explaining how to log in to the patient portal, you can resend the email to them.

  1. Log into the provider portal as a practice administrator. For more information, go to Logging into the Provider Portal.
  2. Click Administration and select User Accounts.
  3. Select Patient from the Access Type drop-down menu.
  4. Search for and select a user.
  5. Click Send Welcome Email.
