Viewing Audit Logs

Patients can quickly view all the actions recorded in their portal and the time stamps from those actions in an audit log.

1. Log into the patient portal. For more information, go to Logging into the Patient Portal.
2. Click Support and select Audit Log.
3. (Optional) Filter the audit log by date.
