Viewing Incoming Documents for the Logged-In User

1. Log into the provider portal as a practice administrator. For more information about logging into the provider portal, go to Logging into the Provider Portal.
2. Click Direct, select Direct Incoming, and select Show only CCDAs for my direct user.
3. View and filter, if desired, incoming clinical health summaries for the logged in user. All incoming clinical health summaries will appear in reverse chronological order, sortable by column. By default, clinical health summaries are filtered to only display those from the previous one week period.
4. Click on a message to expand the message content and display attachments.
5. If desired, click Move to Archive to move the message back to the Incoming Document Center. For more information on viewing archived clinical health summaries, go to Viewing Incoming Archived Documents for the Logged-In User.
