Viewing and Exporting Audit Logs

You can view and export the activities (such as login, search, password reset) of providers logging into the portal.

  1. Log into the provider portal. For more information about logging into the provider portal, go to Logging into the Provider Portal.
  2. Click Administration, select Logs, and select Audit Log.
  3. Select criteria to filter auditing activities and click Filter.
  4. If desired, click Export Audit Log to export the audit log as a CSV file. Exporting provider audit logs can be helpful if a provider with a direct mail address leaves your practice and you need to close his or her direct mail box.
