Viewing and Exporting Audit Logs
You can view and export the activities (such as login, search, password reset) of providers logging into the portal.
- Log into the provider portal. For more information about logging into the provider portal, go to Logging into the Provider Portal.
- Click Administration, select Logs, and select Audit Log.
- Select criteria to filter auditing activities and click Filter.
- If desired, click Export Audit Log to export the audit log as a CSV file. Exporting provider audit logs can be helpful if a provider with a direct mail address leaves your practice and you need to close his or her direct mail box.
