Deleting Appointments

Deleted appointments are not tracked in OfficeMate. If you want to track appointments that you are removing from the Appointment Scheduler, to go Canceling Appointments.

  1. Open the Appointment Scheduler. For more information on opening the Appointment Scheduler, see Opening and Viewing the Appointment Scheduler.
  2. Find an existing appointment. For more information on finding an existing appointment, see To find an existing appointment time.
  3. Select the appointment that you want to delete and complete one of the following tasks:
    • Click Edit and select Delete.
    • Right-click on the appointment and select Delete.
  4. Click OK to delete the appointment.
