Loading Lens Products into OfficeMate

The Lens Product Loader loads a comprehensive list, provided by VSP, of over 10,000 lens products and add-ons into the OfficeMate products database.

Using the Lens Product Loader to import products into your OfficeMate database saves you time and energy that you would otherwise have to spend manually entering product information.

If you are using the VSP Interface, you must use the Lens Product Loader to ensure that VSP patient out-of-pocket expenses are calculated correctly.
If you are not using the OfficeMate VSP Interface, using the Lens Product Loader is optional, but highly recommended, and will save you countless hours of creating lens products manually.
Ensure that you have entered pricing information for all lens product attributes prior to running the Lens Product Loader for the first time. For more information about pricing product attributes, go to Setting Up Product Attribute Pricing.
To keep your lens products up to date, Eyefinity recommends running the Lens Product Loader once a month.
