Using OfficeMate/ExamWRITER on the iPad

Use the OfficeMate/ExamWRITER software on the iPad the same way you would use the software on a desktop computer, except instead of pointing and clicking with a mouse, you’ll tap buttons, check boxes, radio buttons, and drop-down menus with a stylus.

Practice going through exams on your own before seeing patients to ensure that you are comfortable tapping the controls with a stylus and using the on-screen keyboard. You may find that you need to switch between using the stylus and your fingers.
