Submitting MIPS Data with the Built-in Registry

Whether you’re submitting MIPS performance data as an individual or as a group, the procedure is the same. Throughout the performance year, individual clinicians log into Eyefinity EHR on the web, open the MIPS Dashboard and review their data. After the performance year, but prior to March 31 of the following year, the individual clinician or group authorizer must log into Eyefinity EHR on the web, open the MIPS Dashboard, select the measures to report, and authorize the registry to submit the data to CMS.

After you (or individual clinicians in a group) have reviewed your performance data, you’re ready to submit your MIPS data to CMS.
