The practice admin can change another user’s password. If a user in your practice forgets his or her password, perform the following steps:
- Log in as a practice admin.
- Click the Administration menu and select Users.
- Locate the user in the list and click Edit.
- Enter a New Password.
- Reenter the password in the Confirm New Password text box.
- Click Save.
- Notify the user of the new password.
