High Priority Practices Guide of the Safety Assurance Factors for EHR Resilience (SAFER) Guides

To meet this measure, MIPS eligible clinicians must attest Yes to conducting an annual self-assessment of the High Priority Practices Guide of the SAFER Guides during the performance period (i.e., calendar year). Attesting No will result in a score of zero for the entire Promoting Interoperability category. Your practice must complete this self-assessment each year.

You must use the latest SAFER guides. In prior years, you could rely on older versions, but you must now use the latest.
