Selecting the Measures to Report

Prior to submitting your MIPS performance data, you must select the Quality and Improvement Activities measures:

1. Click the Quality or Improvement Activities tile.
2. Select the measures that you wish to report for yourself as an individual or for your group.
   • You are not required to select measures for categories that you do not intend to report to CMS.
   • Group measure selections take precedence over any selections the individual clinicians may have selected within the MIPS Dashboard.
   • You must have used Eyefinity EHR for at least 90 consecutive days to report improvement activities data.
   • You must have used Eyefinity EHR for full calendar year to report quality data.
