Aggregating Reporting from Multiple EHRs

If your MIPS performance took place within multiple EHRs, you will need to aggregate your MIPS performance data into one system before you can report it. This situation may occur if you migrated from ExamWRITER or another EHR to Encompass in the middle of the year. In this situation, Eyefinity recommends using Healthmonix to aggregate and report your MIPS performance data for the year.

MIPS-eligible clinicians who are interested in this service should contact Healthmonix to begin the process.

What do you want to do?

Begin the process by signing up with Healthmonix. Healthmonix is a data aggregator and qualified registry. Fees apply.

  1. Contact Healthmonix and sign up for the service.
  2. Inform Healthmonix that you use Eyefinity Encompass. If they seem unable to help you, tell them you have a ModMed account.
  3. Ask for and document your Healthmonix account number.

Once you have your Healthmonix account number, contact Eyefinity.

  1. Contact Eyefinity to set up your Encompass EHR data routing to Healthmonix.
  2. Provide Eyefinity with your Healthmonix account number.

    Eyefinity will set up your Encompass data routing. Data is pulled every Saturday; changes made close to that day may take an extra week to appear in Healthmonix.

If some of your MIPS performance for the current year was recorded in ExamWRITER, follow these steps to send that data to Healthmonix.

  1. Log in to CQMSolution. To learn how, go to Getting Started.
  2. Run the report for the dates you used ExamWRITER.
  3. Download the QRDA I file. To learn how, go to Exporting Data for Quality Reporting.
  4. Locate the QRDA I file on your computer and unzip it.
    1. Right-click the ZIP file.
    2. Depending on your computer, select Unzip, Extract, or Unarchive.
  5. Open the unzipped folder and locate the enclosed FullQrda.zip file, but don't unzip it.
  6. Upload the FullQrda.zip file to your Healthmonix account. Healthmonix can help you with this step.

If you are migrating from an EHR that is not ExamWRITER, contact your EHR developer to learn how to export your QRDA data to upload to Healthmonix.
