Finding Your Eyefinity EHR Certification ID
When you attest to your MIPS performance through the QPP Provider Portal, CMS requires that you enter an EHR Certification Number (CEHRT ID). This certification number represents all of the 2015-edition certified EHR software and services you employed in your MIPS performance. Here's is how to find the EHR Certification Number for Eyefinity EHR and any other modules you used to satisfy MIPS requirements:
- Go to the Certified Health IT Product List (CHPL).
- Add Eyefinity EHR to your cart:
- Type Eyefinity EHR in the search box. If the search results do not display automatically, click the magnifying glass.
- Click Cert ID + for each product and each version you used during your 90-day Promoting Interoperability performance period.
If you migrated from another certified EHR to Eyefinity EHR during your Promoting Interoperability performance period, you will need to select both certified products.
You must select all versions of Eyefinity EHR that you used during your Promoting Interoperability performance period. See the Eyefinity EHR release dates listed under Eyefinity EHR 2015-Edition Certified EHR Releases.
- After adding all products to your cart, click the CMS ID Creator menu.
- Confirm the Base Criteria total shows 100%,
- Click Get 2015 EHR Certification ID.
- Click Download PDF to save a copy of your EHR Certification ID with your MIPS audit documentation.
- Select and copy the number displayed in bold. This number also prominently appears in the PDF you downloaded.
- Return to the QPP Provider Portal to paste the EHR Certification ID in the attestation system.
