- Depending on the code and insurance you are billing, you may be required to capture additional information as a part of your telehealth exam services. Information such as Place of Service and Procedure Modifiers for telehealth should be entered before submitting the claim.

To set up telehealth exams
- Identify the telehealth exams services you want to map in AcuityLogic.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, map and price the telehealth exam services. See To map and price other items.The exam descriptions in the table may be different from the telehealth exam services descriptions in AcuityLogic. When mapping telehealth exam services, search for the services you want where the item name starts with the procedure code.
