Setting Up the Multi-Tier Sales Tax Calculator

In AcuityLogic Admin, you can set up tax rates for multiple tax authorities for your company and assign the tax rates to each of your offices. AcuityLogic uses the tax rates assigned to your offices to calculate the sales tax for each transaction in AcuityLogic POS. If required, you can update the tax rates for one or more tax authorities for a transaction or calculate the total sales tax for a transaction manually. In AcuityLogic BackOffice, you can generate reports that provide details about the sales tax invoiced for each tax authority by office and by item type. - Eyefinity must configure the Tax Calculator before you can use it. If you are interested in using the Tax Calculator, contact your AcuityLogic account manager or Eyefinity Customer Care.
