Rescheduling Appointments in Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS
You can also reschedule multiple appointments. See Rescheduling Multiple Appointments in AcuityLogic POS.
To reschedule appointments in Calendar View
- Open Calendar View. See Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS.
- Navigate to the appointment you want to reschedule. See Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS.
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Right-click the appointment you want to reschedule, select Reschedule Appointment, and go to step 4.
- Click the appointment you want to reschedule, press Ctrl-X, and go to step 4.
- Click the appointment you want to reschedule and drag it to a new time on the grid.
- Right-click the appointment you want to reschedule, select Edit Selected Appointment, and select the new time from the Start Date and Start Time fields.
- Click a new appointment time and either right-click and select Paste or press Ctrl-V.
