Rescheduling Appointments in Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS

You can also reschedule multiple appointments. See Rescheduling Multiple Appointments in AcuityLogic POS.

To reschedule appointments in Calendar View

  1. Open Calendar View. See Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Navigate to the appointment you want to reschedule. See Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS.
  3. Perform one of the following tasks:
    • Right-click the appointment you want to reschedule, select Reschedule Appointment, and go to step 4.
    • Click the appointment you want to reschedule, press Ctrl-X, and go to step 4.
    • Click the appointment you want to reschedule and drag it to a new time on the grid.
    • Right-click the appointment you want to reschedule, select Edit Selected Appointment, and select the new time from the Start Date and Start Time fields.
  4. Click a new appointment time and either right-click and select Paste or press Ctrl-V.
