Rescheduling Multiple Appointments in AcuityLogic POS

You can reschedule multiple appointments in Book View or Calendar View of the Scheduler. When you reschedule multiple appointments, you can select a different date for the same doctor or choose a different doctor for the selected appointments.

When you choose a different doctor, AcuityLogic notifies you if the doctors have different appointment durations. If you reschedule the appointments, AcuityLogic uses the appointment duration of the original doctor for the rescheduled appointments.

To reschedule multiple appointments

  1. In Book View or Scheduler View of the Scheduler, click Move Appts.

    The Mass Appointment Reschedule window opens.

  2. Enter your search criteria to search for appointments.
  3. In the search results, select the check boxes for the appointments to reschedule.
  4. In the Date field in the Move Appointments To section, enter or select a date for the rescheduled appointments.
  5. Select a doctor for the rescheduled appointments in the Resource drop-down list. If you are only moving appointments to a different day, select the original doctor.
  6. Click Move.

    The Move Results window opens to show the number of rescheduled appointments, the number of appointments that could not be rescheduled, and the reason the appointments could not be rescheduled.
