Adding Service Templates to Schedule Templates
For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.
To add service templates to schedule templates
- Create and add availability to a schedule template. See Creating Schedule Templates.
- Click the Service Templates Setup tab.
- To add a service template to a time slot with availability, click and drag your mouse cursor over the day and time, and perform one of the following actions:
- Right-click the time slot, and select Add Template.
- In the Actions section, click Add Template.
- To edit a template, select the template, right-click, and select Edit Template, or click Edit Template in the Actions section.
- To delete a template, select the template, right-click, and select Delete Template, or click Delete Template in the Actions section.
- To copy a template, select the template, right-click, and select Copy Template. To paste the template, select a time slot, right-click, and select Paste Template.
- In the Service Template Setup window, enter a template name and description in the Name and Description fields.The Service Group field and Restrict Template to Service Group check box are disabled. Service groups and restrictions for service templates will be available in a later release.
- Type or select the service template start time in the Start Time field.
- Type or select the number of minutes allocated for the service in the Duration of service (minutes) field.
- Type or select the number of minutes between appointment in the Minutes between services field.
- Type or select the service template end time in the End Time field.
- Click Save.
