Copying Previous Findings

If you have an established patient, you can quickly copy the findings from multiple previous visits to the current visit.

What do you want to do??

  1. From the Visit Overview, click the View/Import Previous action bar icon.

    The View/Import Previous window lists the patient’s previous visits in the left column.

  2. Click a visit to expand it.

    The exam elements, including CC/HPI, the type of exam performed, diagnoses, and plans, are listed in the right column.

  3. Select the check boxes for the items you want to copy to the current visit.
  4. Click Apply to copy the findings.

    The selected elements are copied to the current visit.

  1. From the Visit Overview, click the Ocular Exam action bar icon.
  2. Locate the Exam card and select View/Import Previous.

    The View/Import Previous window lists the patient’s previous visits in the left column.

  3. Click a visit to expand it.

    The exam elements, including CC/HPI, the type of exam performed, diagnoses, and plans, are listed in the right column.

  4. Click the check boxes for the items you want to copy to the current visit.
  5. Click Apply to copy the findings.

    The selected elements are copied to the current visit.
