Reviewing Logs

The Configuration Manager keeps a log, according to your settings, of various success and failure messages. Review the log to gather a high-level view of message failures.

  1. Open the Integration Manager. For more information, go to Opening the OfficeMate Integration Manager.
  2. Click the Log Viewer tab.
  3. Filter the log items using the following methods:
    • Select a level from the Filter log drop-down menu.

      Only the log level selected on the Configuration tab (and all levels below it) are recorded. For information about selecting the log level or for a description of the different levels, go to Configuring the Integration Manager.

    • Enter a word in the Search text box and click Update Search.
  4. Click the arrow buttons to view additional results.
  5. Click Export Logs to save the log as a CSV file.
  6. To delete the log files, click Clear Logs.

    You might need to clear the log files if you suddenly need to free space on your server. Clearing the logs deletes the log files immediately, regardless of the log retention settings. You cannot undo this action.
