Sending PDF Forms for the Patient to Complete in Kiosk

While enabling the kiosk for the patient, you can select PDF forms that you need the patient to complete within the kiosk. Information the patient enters in PDF forms may be pushed to the patient's chart.

  1. Enable the kiosk for the patient. For more information, go to Enabling the Kiosk for Each Patient.
  2. Open the patient's visit.
  3. Click the PDF Manager action bar button.
  4. Locate the appropriate PDF forms and select the Send to Portal/Kiosk check boxes.

    The selected PDF forms will be presented to patients immediately following consents. PDF forms the patient completes in the kiosk can be found in Patient Attachments within the patient's chart.
