Release Notes

Because Eyefinity EHR is cloud based, your software is automatically updated to the latest version of Eyefinity EHR. However, you'll need to visit the App Store to download the latest iPad app.

Additionally, new releases are pushed to your training sandbox approximately two weeks prior to the official release to give you an opportunity to explore new features. To learn more, go to Accessing Your Training Sandbox.

Eyefinity EHR 7.6

Training Sandbox Release May 24, 2024

Tentative General Release TBD

This release includes the following features and enhancements:

  • Document an entire exam from a single screen! Over the last several releases we've made it easier for you to document exams directly in the Visit Overview in the web application and the Advanced Visit Overview in the iPad app.
  • We heard you! Based on clinical feedback, we redesigned the Binocular page within the Vision Exam to eliminate the tabs. You can scroll to navigate the different sections or click the links to skip ahead.
  • Save time by documenting diagnoses and plans within the Visit Overview. The Impressions and Plans card in the Visit Overview now includes drop-downs for quick documentation.
  • Get a head start with established patients. You can now select chief complaint/HPI elements when you click the View/Import Previous action bar button.
  • Access protocols more easily on the iPad. You can now access protocols from the More menu in the Visit Overview.
  • Enjoy a more consistent user experience. We redesigned the Diagnostic Drops, Keratometry, and Binocular Vision Exam tabs in the iPad app.
