Generating the Required Note Audit Report
The Required Note Audit Report allows you to list and print all required notes entered for remakes, returns, adjustments, refunds, and/or miscellaneous payments during a time range you select. You can select to print notes recorded by a single resource or by all resources.
What do you want to do?
Generate the report
- Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
- Click Patient Reports.
- Click Required Note Audit Report.
- Enter the date range to print, or select dates from the calendar.
- Select a Resource.
- Select one or more Note Types to include.
- Select Remake to include notes recorded when creating a remake order.
- Select Return to include notes recorded when creating a return order.
- Select Adjustment to include recorded when entering an adjustment in Material Orders.
- Select Refund to include notes recorded when entering a refund.
- Select Miscellaneous Payment to include notes recorded when entering a miscellaneous payment.
- Click Generate Report.
The report opens in a new window.
If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups
Export the report
To export the report, perform one of the following steps:
- Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
- Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
