Generating the Required Note Audit Report

The Required Note Audit Report allows you to list and print all required notes entered for remakes, returns, adjustments, refunds, and/or miscellaneous payments during a time range you select. You can select to print notes recorded by a single resource or by all resources. For more information about required notes, see Setting Up Required Notes.

  1. Click Reporting and select Standard Reports.
  2. Click Patient Reports.
  3. Click Required Note Audit Report.
  4. Enter the date range to print, or select dates from the calendar.
  5. Select a Resource.
  6. Select one or more Note Types to include.
  7. Click Generate Report.

    The report opens in a new window.

    If the report does not open, check to make sure your browser is set to allow pop-up windows. For instructions, see Enabling Pop-ups
  8. To export the report, perform one of the following steps:
    • Click Export to PDF to open the report as a PDF file.
    • Click Export to Excel to open the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
