Viewing a Patient's Credit Details and History

You can view both patient's current available credit details and credit history on the Material Orders screen.

What do you want to do?

If you have Family Checkout enabled in Administration, the credit details panel in Material Orders shows both the patient's available credit amount and the available credit amount for all patients associated with the same responsible party.

  1. On the left side of the Demographics screen, click Material Orders.
  2. Under Credit, click Details.

    The credit details panel opens.

  3. When you're finished viewing the credit details, you can click Details again to close the panel.

The Credit History window lists all the patient's credits and credit payments, along with their dates, order numbers, transaction numbers, and amounts.

  1. On the left side of the Demographics screen, click Material Orders.
  2. Under Credit, click Credit History.

    The Credit History window opens.

  3. When you're finished viewing the credit history, click OK to close the window.
