Downloading Clinical Summaries

Patients can download their clinical health summaries to their computer.

1. Log into the patient portal. For more information, go to Logging into the Patient Portal.
2. Open a clinical health summary. For more information, go to Viewing Clinical Summaries.
3. Click Download PDF at the top of the window to download a human-readable file or scroll to the bottom of the window and click Download XML to download an XML file.
