Processing End of Day
This section tells you how to close your financial transactions for the day. In order for OfficeMate to collect accurate information for your financial and production reports, the financial and production information must not change after the date on which it is posted. You must perform the end-of-day process to close the financial activity for the day and start a new day.
Eyefinity suggests running the end of day procedure at the close of business. If you do not perform the end-of-day process at the close of business, you are warned that the posting date is not correct when you open OfficeMate the next business day.
