Fulfilling Patient Record Requests with AcuityLogic
When you receive a request for patient information, you can usually comply with the request by exporting the patient health information from Eyefinity EHR or ExamWRITER. However, if the request also includes claims, payment, and transaction data, you must run the Customer Transaction report in AcuityLogic POS:

Open the patient's profile:
- Click Patient in the left column of menu options.
- Search for the patient by entering criteria in one or more of the Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, and Phone Number fields.
- Click the patient’s last name from the search results.
The patient’s profile opens.
- Click the Transactions tab.
- Click Generate Report.
The Customer Transaction report opens in a new window.
- Download the report. The specific steps to download the report depend on your browser.
- Share the report with the requester using a secure, HIPAA-compliant method.
