Sending and Receiving Messages through the Web App

You can view messages sent from other providers or staff members, and you can view messages sent from the Patient Portal.

Intramail messages are messages that are transmitted within your practice between providers and staff. Intramail messages can also be between patients using the patient portal and providers and staff.

Direct messages are secure messages that are sent to providers who work outside of your practice.
