Documenting a Complete Exam in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)
You can add, edit, or delete any piece of exam documentation directly in the Detailed Visit Overview
In the iPad app, you can use the Detailed Visit Overview to document an entire visit from a single screen. This is an alternative to the tiled Visit Overview. Some users refer to the Detailed Visit Overview as the "pancake view" because the sections resemble a stack of pancakes.. This workflow saves you the time and effort associated with entering and exiting the individual sections of the exam, like CC/HPI and the Ocular Exam. Think of Detailed Visit Overview as the digital equivalent of a SOAP note.
