Recording Diagnoses, Findings, and Plans
You can use the Ocular Exam Room to record your diagnoses, document findings, and select the treatment plans to be used for the patient.
You can document your findings in the Eye Exam Details screen, or you can document your findings using diagnoses, findings, and plans in the Ocular Exam Room. If you document your findings in both places, your findings will be duplicated in your visit note.
